Summary
In certain instances, Office 365 may require that you re-subscribe to reactive the licensing of office products. Your Office 365 subscription is about to expire, or has expired message will appear every time you open a Microsoft application such as Word or Excel. To continue using Office, you must renew your Office 365 subscription.
Solution
When prompted with the message above follow these steps to reactive the account.
1. Click Sign In.
- Follow the prompts using your Prosperity Now credentials and enter your email and password.
2. Once completed the message will close out and will not give any notification on whether it was successful or not.
3. Close out of the application being used and Reopen it.
- The message should not appear and you should be good to go at this point.
4. Consider checking and making sure that other Microsoft applications are not showing the same message as well.
