Guardian is the provider of Prosperity Now’s dental, short- and long-term disability insurance, AD&D, and life insurance.

Dental member benefits are processed differently than medical as Guardian does not issue a physical member card. To obtain your member information, you must create an online account to access your information:

Log onto http://www.guardiananytime.com
Click 'Register Now' to create your new account
You will be prompted for Prosperity Now’s Group ID number, which is 481975

Please note that this login will also allow you to view your disability and life insurance benefit information. If you have questions about your Guardian benefits, please contact the HR team.
