If you are moving or have recently moved, please notify the HR team. You can now modify your address for some of your benefits. To do so, please complete the following:
Updating your address for CareFirst and Guardian benefits:
Please visit the GBS Online Enrollment Portal.
- First Time Users:
Go to https://secure.g-b-s.com/gbsaccess/clientaccess.asp
Click on“No Log-on? Register Existing Member” on the Welcome screen.
You will then be asked to authenticate yourself by completing the information requested including your unique Username and Password.
Returning Users:
- Go to https://secure.g-b-s.com/gbsaccess/clientaccess.asp
- Enter Username and Password on the Welcome screen to gain access.
Forgot your password or user name? Click on Forgot Your Password or Forgot your User Name at the bottom of the screen and follow the instructions.
We need to know for all matters, we ask that you submit a ticket via the Help desk and follow below to change your information for Principal and other benefits
Updating your address for Principal retirement:
- Visit www.principal.com and select 'Personal login'
- Enter your credentials or follow the instructions for forgotten username and password
- For New Users, please click 'Create an account' and follow the prompts
For all other benefits, please submit a helpdesk ticket to the HR team.
